I’ve spent more than a decade working in the cardiology field, where I had the privilege of supporting seniors and their families during some of life’s most challenging moments. Time and again, I saw how overwhelmed families felt when faced with sudden decisions about senior living options — unsure where to start, who to trust, or what questions to ask.

That passion grew into Graceful Transitions PA, a service I created to guide families through the senior living process with compassion, clarity, and local expertise. Today, I’m cultivating relationships with trusted care partners and helping families find clarity and confidence as they explore assisted living, memory care, and in-home support services.

My mission is simple: to be the trusted local advisor families can turn to when they don’t know where to begin — offering in-home assessments, taking the time to understand each person’s full care picture, and thoughtfully evaluating both medical and social needs to make the best possible match for every senior.
